Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
water
dash of salt
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
dash of cayenne pepper
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Scrub unpeeled potatoes well.
Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
Then cut into even wedges.
Boil potato wedges for 5 minutes in salted water.
Drain.
Pat dry.
Spread wedges in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Sprinkle with oil, spices and herbs.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 for another 10 to 12 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown and cheeses are melted.
