Lemon Barbeque Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 center cut pork chops
1 to 2 tsp. oil
6 lemon slices
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 heaping tsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Brown chops in oil; drain.
Place chops in baking dish and top with lemon slices.
Mix catsup, vinegar, water and sugar.
Pour over chops.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or more. Serves 4 to 6.
Can prepare ahead of time and be baked when ready to serve.
