Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 avocados
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion, grated
1 tomato, chopped
1 hot pepper, mashed
Preparation

Peel and mash ripe avocado pulp.
Add remaining ingredients. Serve as a salad, heaped on tomato slices, or as a dip for chips.
