Apple Bits Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 (12 oz.) diet Shasta strawberry pop
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. artificial liquid sweetener
    1 c. diced apple
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in water.
    Stir over hot water until dissolved. Add all remaining ingredients except apple.
    Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
    Fold in apples.
    Spoon into individual molds or small ring mold and chill until firm.
    Makes about 2 1/2 cups, 4 servings.
