Cauliflower With Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cauliflower (about 2 lb.)
2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. coarse fresh white bread crumbs
2 c. tomato pasta sauce (chunky style)
2 Tbsp. shredded basil leaves
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Trim cauliflower into small florets. Brush a deep ovenproof dish with melted butter or oil.
Place florets in dish.
Heat oil in frying pan.
Add the fresh bread crumbs and toss over medium heat until crisp and golden.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Combine tomato pasta sauce.
Pour over cauliflower in prepared dish.
Sprinkle with combined bread crumbs and cheeses.
Sprinkle with extra pepper.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cauliflower is tender, cheese has melted and top is brown.
Serves 4. Prep time: 20 minutes.
