Hard Rock Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 1/4 c. light Karo
1 tsp. flavor (your choice)
2 or 3 drops food coloring (your choice)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except the flavoring and the food coloring in a saucepan.
Let heat until 300\u00b0.
Take off of heat.
Add coloring and flavoring.
Have cookie sheet lined with powdered sugar.
Pour in a sheet and allow to cool.
