Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium box macaroni
    2 lb. cheese (1 each of sharp and extra sharp)
    salt and pepper
    about 1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    about 2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to directions.
    Grate cheese.
    In saucepan, melt butter.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add flour, stir to mix.
    Add milk, a little at a time, stirring constantly. Continue until you have added all the milk.
    Add grated cheese; melt.
    Pour over noodles in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Cook on 450\u00b0 until brown.
    Let cool about 15 to 20 minutes.
