Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 oz. red cake coloring
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
Make a paste of vinegar and cocoa and add to mixture.
Sift salt and soda with flour.
Add mixture alternately with buttermilk.
Blend well.
Add vanilla and red coloring.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
