Jogging In A Jar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen undiluted apple juice, thawed
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen undiluted Welch's Concord grape juice, thawed
    2 c. water
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. strained honey
Preparation
    Mix all together and keep refrigerated.
    Drink at least 2 ounces per day.
    This will help to keep your cholesterol down as well as help those with arthritis.
