Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    pinch of salt
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 sliced bananas
    1 (1 lb.) box vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Combine milk, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
    Cook over medium heat; stir constantly.
    Add beaten eggs; cook until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Line bowl with vanilla wafers.
    Layer with pudding, wafers and bananas.
