The Ten Minutes, No Fuss, Healthy Lunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
    3 medium tomatoes, cubed
    1 medium red onion, diced
    1 can chunk white tuna, drained
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 to 4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    French bread or pitas
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine the chickpeas, tomatoes, onion and tuna.
    Mix olive oil, vinegar and pepper until blended.
    Pour over chickpeas-tuna mixture.
    Toss.
    Serve with bread.
    Serves 3 to 4.
