Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 lb. beef (round or sirloin), cut in 1/8 x 2-inch strips
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    canned beef bouillon
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    cornstarch
    as many onions and peppers as you like
Preparation
    Melt butter and brown steak.
    Add onions and peppers to meat and add all other ingredients except cornstarch.
    Cook on low heat 10 to 15 minutes and then thicken with cornstarch.
    Serve over rice.
