Dark Chocolate Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate pieces
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. sifted cake flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler.
    Cream egg and chocolate mixture with sugar and salt.
    Beat until the mixture is light and smooth, then add vanilla.
    Sift flour and baking powder. Add the flour and baking powder alternately with the milk into the creamed mixture.
    Work in the nuts.
    Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes or until done.
    Makes 6 dozen.
