Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 garlic clove
    1 (16 oz.) can chile beans
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. green chiles
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    4 (6-inch) corn tortillas
    1/2 c. shredded skim milk Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute beef, onion and garlic until brown and tender.
    Combine beans, oregano, chili powder, chiles, tomato sauce and water in separate saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
