Chocolate Sunshine Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/4 lb. soft butter
1 c. hot water with 1 Tbsp. instant coffee or 1 c. coffee
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; blend well.
Beat 3 minutes. Batter is very thin.
Bake 30 minutes in 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0. Frost with your favorite white icing.
Serves 20 slices.
