Corn Pudding(Kentucky Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. drained cooked or canned whole kernel corn
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Set in a shallow pan filled to 1 inch with hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let stand for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
