Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, mixing well.
    Cut in butter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
    Combine sweet potatoes with buttermilk.
    Stir into dry ingredients.
    Makes a soft dough. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead 4 to 5 times or just enough to form a soft ball.
    Roll dough out and cut out biscuits. Place on lightly oiled baking sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
