Yeast Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. hot tap water
    1 c. flour (for floured board)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Turn to 325\u00b0.
    Place rolls in oven.
    Mix yeast in water until dissolved.
    Mix salt with flour, then mix all together well.
    Make rolls on floured board.
    Let rise for 3 hours. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0; then turn down heat to 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
