Molly'S Seafood Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Use mixing method of your choice.
    Cook 45 to 60 seconds, preferably in crepe iron.
    Makes 14 to 16 crepes.
    Prepare crepe filling as follows.
