Cajun Fried Turkey(For A Crowd) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 to 12) lb. fresh turkeys
    1 large yellow onion, minced
    8 to 10 cloves garlic, peeled
    1/2 c. chopped peppers (your choice of green, jalapeno or banana or a combination of all three)
    3 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Thaw turkey completely.
    Season outside of turkey by personal preference.
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Put turkey in aluminum pan. Add 10 cups boiling water.
    Seal pan with heavy-duty Reynolds Wrap.
    Cook 12 to 14 pounds for 1 hour, or 20 pounds for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Turn oven off.
    Leave overnight.
    This is the crucial key.
    Do not open oven door at all!
    (This actually steams turkey.)
