Country Style Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. stroganoff egg noodles
    1/2 c. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 c. pimentos
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cut up cooked chicken
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain.
    In a large skillet, melt butter, then blend in flour over medium heat.
    Gradually add broth, milk, pimentos, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boiling point, then simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes. Grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine noodles, chicken and sauce.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
