Cheesecake Topped Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fudge brownie mix
    1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can Eagle Brand
    1 egg
    ready to spread chocolate frosting (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare brownie mix as directed.
    Spread in well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    In small mixing bowl, beat cheese, margarine and cornstarch until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in canned milk, egg and vanilla until smooth.
    Pour evenly over brownie batter.
    Bake 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cool.
    Spread with frosting.
    Cut in bars.
    Store covered in refrigerator.
    Makes 40 brownies.
