Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. (16 oz.) chopped tomatoes
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar
    1/2 c. fresh chopped tomatoes
    1/4 c. sliced olives
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    10 to 12 corn tortillas
    1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    3 chopped green peppers
Preparation
    Brown hamburger; drain.
    Add spices and tomatoes.
    Heat. Cover bottom and sides of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with tortillas.
    Pour beef mixture over tortillas.
    Place a layer of tortillas over meat mixture.
    Combine cottage cheese, Monterey Jack and egg together and pour over tortillas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions and olives.
    Serves 10.
