Texas Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    3 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 small jar picante sauce (as hot as you like it)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meats and drain.
    Melt cheese in a microwave-proof dish. Combine all ingredients in crock-pot and mix well.
    Let crock-pot warm all ingredients and keep the crock-pot on low while serving. Stir occasionally to keep it from sticking to the bottom.
    Serve with lightly salted tortilla chips.
    Great for tailgating, parties or other social gathering.
    May not look very appetizing, but it tastes delicious.
