Chopstick Veal Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat, trimmed
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. diced green pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles (2 c.)
Preparation
    Cut meat in 2 1/2-inch strips.
    Brown in hot oil.
    Add remaining ingredients except noodles.
    Turn into 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Last 5 minutes of baking, uncover and sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
    Serves 8.
