    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 2/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Test by inserting knife.
