California Tamale Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
    2 c. (No. 303 can) whole kernel corn
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives
    1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
    minced garlic
Preparation
    Brown meat, add minced garlic, onion and celery.
    Cook until onion is transparent.
    Add corn, salt, chili powder and tomatoes and boil slowly about 15 minutes.
    Slowly stir in olives. Put in a greased casserole dish, top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
