Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
crumbled Ritz crackers and melted margarine (optional)
Preparation

Cook broccoli and cauliflower lightly.
Layer in greased casserole.
Sprinkle celery over top.
Mix soup and cheese.
Pour over top of vegetables.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated thoroughly. Can top with Ritz cracker crumbs and sprinkle with melted margarine over top.
