Bread Stuffing For Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 loaves bread, diced
7 medium onions, cubed
6 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. carrots, diced
1 large can mushroom bits and pieces (include liquid)
giblets, cubed raw
Preparation

Mix well; stuff bird and bake.
Or, cook neck and back and put the stock over dressing and bake dressing in casserole at 325\u00b0. This stuffing can be used to stuff whitefish.
Eliminate giblets.
