Apple Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3 large eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. finely diced apples
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Set aside. In a small bowl, beat eggs, sour cream and butter. Add all at once to dry ingredients along with apples.
Stir, just until moistened. Fill well-greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Yields 24 muffins.
