Pecan Crispies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
6 Tbsp. brown sugar
6 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugars until light. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir together dry ingredients. Blend into creamed mixture.
Stir in nuts. Drop from teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 about 10 minutes. Makes approximately 2 1/2 dozen.
