Moose Shoulder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. moose shoulder
    1 clove garlic
    fat
    3 c. stock (boiled from bones)
    cattail shoots
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1-inch cubes.
    Chop garlic.
    Brown meat in fat. Add garlic and cover with stock.
    Cover and simmer for 2 hours. Add cattails for the last 20 minutes of cooking.
