Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 large can Carnation milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
    1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir in chips until melted.
    Add Marshmallow Creme, nuts and vanilla.
    Beat until blended.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cool at room temperature.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes about 3 pounds.
