Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Southern Hash Brown Potatoes
8 oz. cheese whiz
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 c. cornflakes, crushed (optional)
Preparation

Mix potatoes, cheese, sour cream, and both cans of soup in large mixing bowl. When mixed evenly spread into large casserole dish.
Top with cornflakes place into oven and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly.
Let stand 10 minutes and enjoy.
