Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, cubed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. dried chives
    milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large pot, boil potatoes until they start to fall apart. Drain some of the water. Cook on low, constantly stirring, until thick. Add salt, pepper, butter and chives. Stir well. Add enough milk to make soup as thick as you like it. Continue to cook on low until hot.
