Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes active dry yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water (110~)
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. salt
    5 c. flour (bread flour or natural bleached)
    1/2 to 1 c. flour (for additional needs)
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast in warm water; let stand until dissolved.
    Add sugar, oils and 2 1/2 cups of the flour, beating well.
    Gradually add the remaining 2 1/2 cups of flour to form a soft dough.
    Turn out onto a floured board and knead until smooth and elastic, adding flour as needed.
    May take 1/2 to 1 cup.
    Turn dough into greased bowl.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Let rise in warm place until doubled (2 to 3 hours).
    Punch down and let rise again. Punch down and divide into 3 balls.
    Roll out dough, adding enough flour to make dough fit pizza pan.
    Fold under outer edges. Pierce holes in dough with fork.
    Do a \"first bake\" in a 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Ready for your favorite pizza recipe.
    Makes three 13-inch pizzas.
