Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    chopped onion
    1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and rice separately.
    Place melted butter in bottom of 2-quart dish.
    Mix together cooked broccoli, rice, soup, onion, cheese and milk.
    Place on top of butter.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
