Cheesy Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup butter, divided
1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
2 cups milk
1/2 to 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 to 5 cups cooked chicken
12 ounces processed cheese (velveeta)
2 cups sour cream
1 1/3 cup crushed butter crackers (ritz)
Preparation

Prepare a 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish.
Mix 1/4 cup butter, flour, milk, bouillon, seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper until smooth.
Bring to a boil and cool until thickened.
Reduce heat and add chicken, process cheese and sour cream.
Stir until melted.
Add cooked rice and pour into baking dish.
Take 1/4 cup butter and crushed crackers and brown in skillet.
Use this as the topping.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
