Dollie'S Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cooked turkey breast
    2 bags frozen gumbo mix
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1/4 stick oleo
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    Toni Cajun seasoning to taste
    enough turkey or chicken broth (nonfat) to make soup
Preparation
    Simmer about 1 hour or longer.
    If you use broth that you have prepared yourself from turkey, put it in the refrigerator until fat has risen to top.
    Skim off fat and use only the broth.
