Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (save juice)
    4 red apples, diced
    1 c. pecans
    4 slices cheese, diced
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; set juice aside.
    Mix pineapple, apples, pecans and cheese.
    Cook pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg on medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Pour over salad.
