Orsini'S Goulash Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 large bay leaf
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. ground pork sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    3 large potatoes, diced
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. marjoram
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and bay leaf in oil until soft and yellow. Add pork and beef; cook until brown.
    Add tomatoes, green pepper, potatoes, lemon juice and marjoram.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add bouillon and water to fill 5-quart saucepan nearly full.
    Stir in parsley.
    Cook 1 hour.
