Pork Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean boneless pork shoulder
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. green peppers
Preparation
    Cut meat in thin, narrow strips.
    Season with salt and pepper. Brown in oil, using an ovenproof skillet.
    Add celery, green onions and peppers.
    Saute until tender.
    Stir in rice, broth and seasonings.
    Bring to a boil, cover and bake at 375\u00b0 until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
    Fluff rice with a fork.
