Easy Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pound sausage
1/2 loaf Italian bread
1 dozen eggs
milk (to beat with eggs)
salt and pepper to taste
mushrooms, onions, red or green peppers (optional)
shredded cheese
Preparation

Fry sausage and drain.
Sprinkle into the bottom of a 9 by 13 inch pan.
Add Italian bread, torn into pieces.
Beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
Add vegetables if desired.
Pour egg mixture over bread and sausage.
Refrigerate over night.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
