Buffalo Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs. ground beef
    2 lbs. ground sausage
    2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and sausage.
    Stir in spices and cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.
    Put 1 Tbsp. meat mixture on thin slice of rye bread.
    Cut slices into 4 pieces each.
    Brown in oven for 15 minutes.
    Serve warm.
