Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. green pepper, finely chopped
2 tsp. pimento, chopped and drained
2 oz. Blue cheese
1 Tbsp. milk to soften the cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. pecans
Preparation

Soften cream cheese and Blue cheese with milk and mix thoroughly.
Add green pepper, pimento, garlic powder and salt. Mix well.
Form into a ball.
Roll cheese ball in finely ground nuts.
