Cooked Onions With A Difference - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large sweet onions
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    Butter
Preparation
    Peel onions.
    Cut off stem area and hollow out an area about the size of a thimble.
    Insert a beef bouillon cube in each onion and cover with about a 1/2 teaspoon of butter.
    You may have to push the cube in firmly.
    Wrap in aluminum foil and place on grill or in a low oven with mixture side up.
    Cook for about 1 hour or until the onion is tender.
    You won't believe how good this is! Serves 2.
