French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    1 stick butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. syrup (corn or maple)
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat butter, sugar and syrup to boiling; boil 1 minute.
    Whisk together eggs, milk and cinnamon.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Slice bread into 3/4-inch to 1-inch pieces; place in single layer over syrup.
    Pour egg mixture over bread.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
