Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice (1 c. raw equals 3 c. cooked)
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green Ortega chilies
    1 (4 oz.) can green chili salsa
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Use buttered flat 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Combine rice, sour cream, chilies, salsa, salt and pepper.
    Put a layer of rice combination and about 1/2 pound Jack cheese, shredded.
    Finish with rice, top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Can be combined the day before serving and held in refrigerator for baking.
