Five Hour Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed stew meat
    2 c. diced celery
    2 c. sliced or chunked carrots
    2 c. diced potatoes
    3 large onions, diced
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 qt. tomatoes or V-8 juice
    2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix the last 3 ingredients and let stand while preparing vegetables.
