Tostada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
2 1/2 c. corn chips
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Brown beef and drain fat.
Add 1/2 cup tomato sauce and the taco seasoning.
Mix well.
Line bottom of 2-quart flat casserole with 2 cups corn chips.
Crush the remaining chips and set aside.
Spoon meat mixture over corn chips in dish.
Combine remaining tomato sauce and the refried beans. Spread over meat.
Bake, covered, for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese and crushed corn chips.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes more.
Serves 5.
